He was born in Trabzon in 1977. He completed his primary, middle and high school education (Trabzon High School) in Trabzon. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at Karadeniz Technical University in 2000, he served as the responsible physician at the Trabzon Arpacılı Health Center. In 2007, he completed his specialization in the Department of Neurosurgery at the Faculty of Medicine at Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir, becoming a Neurosurgery (Brain and Nerve Surgeon) specialist. Afterwards, he completed his mandatory service by going to the province of Muş and working at Muş State Hospital, where he served as the deputy chief physician, took responsibility for the intensive care units, and performed operations such as microsurgical disc herniation, microsurgical cervical disc herniation, and laser nucleoplasty for disc herniation. He also worked in the Department of Brain and Nerve Surgery at Eskişehir Air Hospital for a year. Between 2010 and 2016, he worked at İzmir Tınaztepe Hospital. He is currently serving in his private clinic in Alsancak.
